AgeSong is a static directory and resource site. The personal information we collect is limited to what readers choose to share with us and what is needed to operate the site.

• Names and email addresses that readers submit through our newsletter signup form or contact forms.
• Aggregate analytics information, including page views, referrers, and approximate location at the country or state level. This data is not tied to individual identity.
• Cookies used for basic site functionality and analytics.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes readers reasonably expect when they share it.

• To send the AgeSong newsletter, only to subscribers who have explicitly opted in. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To respond to contact form submissions and corrections.
• To understand traffic patterns in aggregate so we can improve the site.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share subscriber lists with operators, brokers, or third parties.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each one acts as a processor of data on our behalf.

• MailerLite for newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
• When you submit our contact form, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) is processed by our infrastructure providers solely to deliver your message to us and respond to your inquiry.
• Standard web analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.
